As we close the year of 2015, we want to take a look at some manufacturing trends for 2016. Over the last 100 plus years of the history of supply chain management has evolved from an initial focus on improving relatively simple, but very labor-intensive processes to the present day engineering and managing of extraordinarily complex global networks.
