My formal training was in Chemical Engineering with emphasis on Process Control, and for the first 10 years of my career I worked as a Process Control Engineer, initially at Eastman Kodak, and then at Amoco. Many of those people are casual users who are entering data or reviewing and implementing the current schedule.
